Kurus English offers Examination Preparation and Master Classes for Cambridge
First Certificate in English (FCE), Cambridge Certificate in Advanced
English (CAE) and Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE).
Full-time, 9 -12 weeks’ duration. We offer these courses 3 times a year
depending on the examination dates in Cape Town. Next course starts 12.04.2010. Book NOW!
Morning: 4
hours General Intensive English (Upper Intermediate level for FCE,
Advanced level for CAE and CPE): Grammar, Skills : Reading, Writing,
Listening, Speaking.
Afternoon: 2 hours of FCE; CAE; CPE Master Class – For specific guidance, tuition and support aimed exclusively at success in the examination.
Once a week, there is an opportunity to practice and improve your English while joining one of our Language Excursions. Furthermore, the Language Excursions provide you with the opportunity to discover the diversity of Cape Town and its people.
To enrol for an Examination course each student has to have a minimum level of English. Every student who wishes to enrol for any Examination course, is first required to submit our Online Placement Test. Additionally, each student will have a telephonic interview conducted by one of our teachers. Thereafter, it will be decided if it is possible and/or advisable for the student to book the examination course or not. The test and interview must be completed 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the Examination course. Registration fees for any examination are not included in the course fee.
For TOEFL, IELTS and TOEIC Examination Preparation, we recommend Opportunity 2, which offers you Private Lessons (one-to-one).
